Mission Statement

Vanderburgh County Right to Life is a non-profit corporation founded on the belief that human life, at any and every stage of development, is sacred and deserving of respect and protection under the law.

 

The members of this corporation are united by a common concern for the sanctity of human life. This concern is expressed particularly to reaffirm and to protect the right to life of all human beings, including but not limited to:

  • the unborn,

  • the mentally ill or retarded,

  • the “unwanted,”

  • the physically handicapped,

  • the aged, and

  • the incurably ill.

The purpose of VCRTL is to:

  • promote concern for the sanctity of human life,

  • educate the public on the subjects of abortion and euthanasia, and

  • support legislation and constitutional changes to protect the right to life of all innocent human beings.
